The Partnership Process

A Clear Path From Club Crest to Pro-Shop Shelf.

Your club approves every major decision. Home Course manages the concept, sourcing, production coordination, and delivery workflow needed to bring the collection to life.

Stage 1

Submit the Club Request

Share the club name, website, your role, the project type, preferred headwear, approximate quantity, and target timing. An approved logo may be uploaded for private review.

Stage 2

Hold the Club-Fit Conversation

Home Course reviews the club identity, members, current merchandise, upcoming events, preferred price position, and commercial objective. This conversation determines whether the opportunity is a fit and what concept scope makes sense.

Stage 3

Build the Concept Direction

The agreed concept direction may include product silhouettes, colors, logo placements, secondary Home Course placement, and an initial assortment recommendation.

Concept scope and revisions are agreed before design work begins.

Stage 4

Select the Products and Terms

The club reviews the proposed products, colors, quantities, decoration requirements, pricing, payment terms, shipping, and timing.

Stage 5

Approve Artwork and Production

Production begins only after the authorized club representative approves the final artwork, product specifications, quantity, pricing, and required terms.

Stage 6

Produce, Deliver, and Review

The Thread Shed supports production, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment. After delivery, Home Course can review feedback, product performance, reorders, and the next seasonal or event opportunity.

Nothing Moves to Production Without Approval.

The final approval should clearly document the product, color, artwork, placement, thread or decoration details, quantity, sizing where relevant, pricing, delivery address, and target schedule.

Timing Is Confirmed Per Order.

Product availability, supplier transit, artwork revisions, decoration complexity, quantity, seasonal demand, and delivery location all affect timing. Home Course provides a confirmed schedule before production begins rather than publishing a blanket turnaround promise.

Process Questions.

What files should we send?

Vector artwork is preferred when available. High-resolution files and brand guidelines can also be reviewed. Home Course will identify any artwork-preparation needs before production.

Can multiple people approve the collection?

The club may involve its preferred team, but one authorized decision-maker should provide consolidated final approval.

Do you produce a physical sample?

Sample availability, cost, and timing depend on the product and project. The applicable process is confirmed before the order.

What happens if a product becomes unavailable?

Home Course will present the closest suitable alternative and obtain approval before changing the order.

How are defects handled?

The applicable inspection and replacement process is documented in the approved order terms for each project.
