Intellectual property

The Home Course name, script wordmark, and site content are the property of Home Course and its parent, Golf Trip LLC. Club names, crests, and marks belong to their respective clubs. Concept imagery on this site is illustrative and does not indicate an endorsement or active partnership unless separately announced.

Uploaded artwork

By uploading club artwork you confirm you are authorized to share it for private concept development and order review. Uploading artwork grants no rights of public display, production, or distribution.

No agreement by inquiry

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a production agreement, reserve capacity, or fix pricing. Products, pricing, timing, and availability are subject to written approval between Home Course and the club.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Home Course is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general content.
