The Home Course Program

A Hat Program Built Around Your Club—not Another Generic Catalog.

Home Course works with golf clubs to develop premium co-branded headwear from the first conversation through product selection, approval, production, delivery, and future reorders.

Club Merchandise Should Feel Specific to the Club.

National brands can bring product recognition to a pro shop. Home Course brings a different layer: a collection built around the course itself and the pride members have in representing it.

The process considers the club’s visual identity, member profile, current bestsellers, events, price positioning, product preferences, and comfort with inventory before the final order is approved.

Clear Roles. Fewer Surprises.

Home Course handles

  • Discovery and collection direction
  • Product and silhouette recommendations
  • Co-branding placement concepts
  • Artwork preparation and revisions within the agreed scope
  • Supplier and production coordination
  • Decoration and quality-control workflow through The Thread Shed
  • Packaging and delivery coordination
  • Reorder review

The club provides

  • Approved logos and brand standards
  • Authorization to use club marks for private concept development
  • Decision-maker feedback
  • Preferred products, quantities, and timing
  • Final artwork approval
  • Final product and pricing approval
  • Payment according to the approved order terms

Direct-to-Course Wholesale.

The current Home Course model is straightforward: the club approves a course-specific collection and places a paid bulk order for pro-shop retail, member distribution, or a defined event.

Suggested retail pricing, expected margin, minimum quantities, freight, and reorder requirements are presented privately because they vary by product and order.

1

Product and decoration specifications are selected.

2

Home Course presents the applicable order requirements and pricing.

3

The club approves artwork, quantities, timing, and terms.

4

Production begins only after the required approval and payment conditions are met.

5

The finished order is delivered to the approved destination.

Begin With a Controlled Opening Assortment.

A focused launch allows the club to create variety without committing to an oversized inventory plan. A typical concept may include several complementary headwear silhouettes or colorways, selected around the membership and season.

This is a planning framework, not a fixed package. Final products depend on the club’s needs and supplier availability.

  • Structured performance hat
  • Rope hat
  • Unstructured lifestyle hat
  • Mesh-back or casual warm-weather style
  • Seasonal or event-specific option

Your Marks Are Used With Approval.

Club artwork is used for private concept development only after an authorized representative submits or approves it. No final product enters production until the club approves the artwork, placement, product, color, quantity, and commercial terms.

  • The club identity remains primary.
  • Home Course does not publicly present a club as a partner without approval.
  • Speculative work uses fictional identities or a clear concept label.
  • Final files and placements follow the club’s approved standards.
Founding Course Partners

Building the First Group of Home Course Partners.

The opening phase is focused on a select group of clubs, beginning in New England, where Home Course can provide direct attention, refine the process, and document the first authorized collections.

Program Questions.

Is the first concept free?

Concept scope is confirmed after Home Course reviews the inquiry and the club-fit conversation.

Can our club use only its logo on the front?

Yes. The club’s primary mark can remain on the front while Home Course appears in a secondary approved placement.

Can we request a specific hat brand or model?

Product requests can be reviewed. Final availability, decoration compatibility, minimums, and pricing depend on the supplier and current inventory.

Can we order for one event?

Yes. Event-specific orders can be considered when the quantity, artwork, product availability, and deadline are workable.

Do you offer consignment?

The current core model is a paid course order. Any alternative commercial arrangement requires separate written approval.

Can you build an online store for our members?

Online ordering is part of the broader Home Course vision, and availability is confirmed individually for each partner.
